By accessing or using LizProCRM Business ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
LizProCRM Business is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform that provides tools for managing contacts, deals, tasks, calendars, email campaigns, documents, workflows, and AI-powered business features.
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Register for an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Not share your account with unauthorized users
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Store or transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others
5. Subscription and Payment
Access to LizProCRM Business requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page
- Provide accurate billing and payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Note that all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into LizProCRM Business. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
LizProCRM Business, including its software, design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service without express written permission.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LizProCRM Business shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be deactivated
- You may request an export of your data within 30 days
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
- Outstanding fees remain due and payable
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice for material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
